036. Bowl of Cherries

The bowl is based on the Greek Iconographic Service from Sèvres Porcelain Manufactory, 1813. The profile of Venus is in imitation of the famous antique marble bust. The bowl is currently in the Sèvres Museum, Paris. Watercolor and gouache on paper.
